We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be in original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
Used or opened personal care or medical products
Custom or clearance items
How to return:
Email us at Orders@keraemedical.com to request a Return Authorization (RMA).

If the error is ours, we cover shipping. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the item.
For damaged items, notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
