Kerae Medical is a manufacturer-direct medical supply distributor founded in 2017 in California. We own the Kerae and Relief product brands and source or manufacture everything we sell. That's what manufacturer-direct means: there's no distributor between our warehouse and your facility, so the markup that normally gets added along the way isn't part of the price.

We ship from Walnut Creek, CA and serve facilities nationwide. Our catalog covers incontinence, wound care, PPE, diagnostics, respiratory, mobility aids, therapy and rehabilitation, and medical furniture. Individual buyers can order directly through the site. How do I open a facility account?

Visit the facility account page or call (510) 964-4107. Share your facility details and what you're currently ordering. Most accounts are set up within one business day.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order individual products or full cases. Facility accounts get volume pricing regardless of order size.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders ship within 3 business days from our warehouse in Walnut Creek, CA. If something is backordered, your account manager lets you know the same day.

What does "manufacturer-direct" mean?

We own the brands we sell (Kerae and Relief) and source or manufacture the products ourselves. There's no distributor in between, so the case price doesn't include a middleman markup.

What facility types do you serve?

Nursing homes, hospice agencies, home health agencies, assisted living communities, and physician offices. Each facility type has its own catalog page with products matched to what that setting actually orders.

What payment methods do you accept?
