Respiratory Aid

If you or someone you care for relies on supplemental oxygen or breathing support, having the right equipment matters. We carry oxygen concentrators, oxygen masks, pulse oximeters, CPAP and BiPAP machines, and compressor nebulizers for home and portable use.

What each machine is for

The machines split by what they're treating. A CPAP holds the airway open with one steady pressure, which is what most sleep apnea cases need. A BiPAP runs two pressures, higher on the breath in and lower on the way out, for patients who can't exhale comfortably against constant pressure or who have something like COPD on top of the apnea.

Oxygen and the rest do different jobs. An oxygen concentrator pulls oxygen out of room air for someone whose blood levels run low, in a stationary unit for the house or a portable one for getting out. A nebulizer turns liquid medication into a mist for the lungs, and a suction unit clears secretions a patient can't clear on their own. The doctor's order decides which, but knowing the difference makes it easier to reorder the right supplies.

Why the supply cycle matters more than the machine

A CPAP machine lasts years if it's looked after. The mask cushion lasts a month or two, tubing a few months, and filters get changed monthly. So the real recurring cost on a CPAP isn't the machine, it's the replacement supplies a patient runs through every year for as long as they're on therapy.

That cycle is where retail shops make most of their margin, and where direct pricing changes the math the most. The machine is the one-time decision; the masks, cannulas, and nebulizer cups are the every-month one, and that's where most patients quietly overpay for years.

Respiratory equipment spans everything from short-term recovery after a hospital stay to long-term oxygen therapy and sleep apnea management. Choosing the right setup depends on the condition, the care setting, and how portable the equipment needs to be.

For supplemental oxygen at home, our oxygen concentrators come in stationary and portable models. We also carry oxygen masks, nasal cannulas, humidifier bottles, and sterile water for irrigation. If you need a nebulizer for medication delivery, we have both a compressor nebulizer for home use and a portable mesh nebulizer for on the go. Each comes ready with a complete nebulizer kit.

For sleep therapy, our CPAP and BiPAP machines help manage obstructive and complex sleep apnea. A BiPAP mask delivers two pressure levels, which can be more comfortable for people who need higher settings or have certain respiratory conditions. If you're not sure which system is right, talk to your prescribing provider and we can help match you with the right equipment.

Pulse oximeters are useful for anyone monitoring oxygen levels at home, whether you're recovering from illness, managing a chronic condition, or keeping tabs on a loved one's breathing.

For hospice providers, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities, we supply respiratory equipment in bulk. Our team can help you build out inventory for oxygen therapy, nebulizer treatments, and bedside monitoring across your residents.
